I can tell you the the issue is with a chunk loader located at the co-ordinates in line 66 of your log. Remove the mod or remove the item with mcedit. If you have never used mcedit then I suggest looking for a tutorial.

@UniZero glad you stepped up to the plate and helped even though it is for the AT Launcher. I sort of personally feel that the FTB forums have become the place for all modded minecraft questions and support.

I don't know if Sky Factory 2 has backup utility. If it doesn't you may want to add one like AromaBackup.
