Setting up Forge Essentials

I was using another mod for admin commands. I want to set up forge essentials. I don't see where I set myself as an op. I come in as a guest. Where are the groups and permissions set? And how do I op myself ? Thank you in advance

Set yourself as an op in ops.txt. From there, you can assign perms and such.
