Setting up a server?

Hey guys,
Ok, I know how to get a server set up to run on "vanilla" feed the beast. But I am wondering is there a way to get it to work with Bukkit? And if so will all plugins work with the Bukkit/FTB hybrid?

Step-by-step guides or videos would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Check out MCPC+. It allows you to use Bukkit plugins on Forge.
