"Sethome" Command has issues

Details of the issue:
So when I set home at the nether next to my contraption to collect lava I notice that when I type /home lava it takes me to a completely different world that I have made with mystcraft. I have also tried testing this in the overworld in my home and it takes me to the same place. I have no clue how I should go about fixing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated !​
