Serverwide mining turtle bug (with image)

Since yesterday everybody who has a turtle on our server has experienced this blank screen when they try to use one. I've tried restarting the server but that didn't work, so now I'm stumped. :/

The only other thing on our server is ForgeEssentials, would that affect it at all?
