Windows .exe Server working fine, friend from another country cant connect

Hello FTB'ers,

I have another problem on my hands. I and a friend from England want to play together with the FTB Ultimate pack, I can join the server, but on his side it says: cant reach the server. I have tried everything, but nothing works. Ive attached a file with all the things which you can use to set up a server.

1. Are you giving your friend your actual ip addres? Found at sites such as: http://www.ipchicken.com or other sites? Or even googling what is my ip?
2. Try putting that ^ip in the "server-ip=" after the "=" in the server properties.
3. You should be seeing him attempt to connect in the console if you did actually set it up right.

EDIT:
Also, that "192.168.***.***" ip is just your local host Ip. Kinda like 127.0.0.1.

Lol thanks a lot!! I was just being a little stupid xD. Now I know, because he needs to connect to my actual IP adress and not my local host. I always forget that.
