Problem Server wont start.

So im making a server for Direwolf20 1.12.2 for some friends and i cant start the server. I'm running the server through terminal on mac. When i startup the server it says this:

I already have Java 8 installed and the minecraft 1.12.2 server file installed along with the libraries. I dont know what else to do.
