Problem Server won't start up

Hey,

I am having a problem with starting my server. Today I was on my server an it started to have massive lag spikes, it did 2 very large ones and I decided to restart it. Upon restart it would not start and I got these errors in console

This is just Multicraft stating that it can't start the server for some unknown reason, any useful information will be in your server.log, ForgeModLoader-server-0.log or in your crash-reports folder. Pastebin those files here and we may be able to help.

I have that error along with some others. I don't know if there is something I can do to fix it or if I'm going to have to cancel the launch of my "Forgecraft" like server.
