Server won't start, minecraft server crash

Goto your world folder and delete forcechunks.dat and try installing loadcontrol http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/loadcontrol/

Im sorry , i may be doing something wrong but i cant seem to launch the loadcontrol
and it is still crashin =/

Did you open your world folder in your server files and locate forcedchunks.dat and delete it?

Yes i have done that , but it is still crashing and i have no idea why the loader won't launch

sry i derped, i did't realize that u had to delete every forced chunk in the dimms THANK YOU TIFF for your help
