Server won't start FTBServer-1.6.4-965.jar

Launcher v1.3.4
Direwolf20 Mod Pack v1.0.12

When i click the ServerStart.bat it shows all the usual stuff but the FTBServer-1.6.4-965.jar does not get started so i can not use the server, any help appreciated.

by the /Minecraft I meant your server folder, in your server folder where your server.jar is there should be a folder called crash-reports/

Edit- if you never had a crash before ill need your server.log which is in the same folder as your server.jar

What files do you have in that folder other then the server.log?

C:\Users\Gaming PC\AppData\Roaming\Servers\FTB\modpacks^Direwolf20_1_6_4^1_0_12^Direwolf20Server

You have another application using port 25565, kill that application and maybe change the port it uses would be a good idea so this doesn't happen again. Once port 25565 is no longer being used you can start the server.

i have looked and there is no application running that uses port 25565 ive even looked at the firewall to see what uses the port no rule uses it

Something is useing that port I'm sure of it, it tells you that something is-

i had a bit af a think the issue started when i tryied to start the server for the first time but only the cmd started not the server software i so i ended it but could not stop thew server. could that be the problem if so how do i stop it

I've already told you what your problem was aboe, you will need to fix that. I can't open ports for you, however your new question on how to stop a minecraft server do the command "stop"
