Server won't start because of missing files

Title Server won't start because of missing files

Launcher Type Server

Modpack FTB Infinity Evolved 1.7

Modpack version 2.2.2

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue Everytime i try to launch the server it tells me that its missing essential library files, i've tried reinstalling the server and the launcher to no avail.
Anybody know if and where i can download these missing files?

I've done that and it says " unable to establish ssl connection " and then exits

I've tried everything at this point, is there anywhere i can install the missing files manually?

Have you tried just running the 'ServerStart.bat' today? I was having the exact same issue as you yesterday but my server is working today. I'm pretty sure the cause was Mojang's servers not functioning properly.

Still not working, if theres a problem on mojangs end then is there nothing at all i can do?

change eula to true, run ftbinstall, then you need to replace launchwrapper-1.12 in libraries/net/minecraft/launchwrapper/1.12 . after replace dont run ftbinstall or it will replace launchwrapper-1.12 again and wont work. then ServerStart change min ram 2048M and max to 4096M then you can start server.
that should work it did for me. oh if when you join the server if rejected mods in mod folders of server will not be updated so you have to match them with your client mods. and then you should be all good. oh and much be running java 8.
