Server wont boot stuck at checking for updates

Hello

My server wont boot it just get stuck at :
03.06 02:01:07 [Server] INFO Version check failed
After this a bunch of stuff comes up.

Its buildcraft the version checker is trying to access a dropbox that has been taken down.

It's not taken down btw and works at this moment:
