Server will not start today

Details of the issue:
The server was fine yesterday, but today i went to start it up and i get, the state of the engine was in incorrect state. I did not change anything in the server files​

for some reason a block from wireless redstone has become corrupted. It is located here:
Location: World: (0,64,0), Chunk: (at 0,4,0 in 0,0; contains blocks 0,0,0 to 15,255,15), Region: (0,0; contains chunks 0,0 to 31,31, blocks 0,0,0 to 511,255,511)

How do you stop the server? as this is not supposed to happen when you stop the server the correct way.

I think it happened when i was moving windows around and miss clicked and closed the server with players still in it. It started back up then, but the next day it wouldn't. Thank you for finding the problem
