Server use more cores/threads

Is their a way to get my server to use all the threads/cores apart from tickthreading. I cant get it to work and its says its unstable for 1.6.4
Thanks for any feedback and help.

CPU: Intel E3 3.5ghz
Ram: 16GB DDR3
SSD: 64GB
Connection: 1GB uplink.

There isn't really any way to tick the world on multiple threads without TT.

You could setup a bungee server and spread the load out among several servers though.

Oh okay I see. But how would i set up a Bungee server. I have just started the server as well so maybe TT will be stable when im ready to host for over 40+ players
