Server unable to create Java Virtual Machine

Title Server unable to create Java Virtual Machine

Modpack version 3.0.15

Details of the issue The server is unable to create a JVM and unrecognises a VM option. im assuming i need Java 7? I have not messed with the settings. I simply clicked the Server Start batch file.
