Server timing out randomly on login.

At seemingly random times, my server times out when I log in. This behavior can last a few hours, or 5 minutes, it depends on the mood I suppose. :/
I have the log, and I'm hoping someone can decipher that madness and I can finally get to the source of the issue.

Try adding "-XX:MaxPermSize=128m" to the additional java parameters section in the launcher.
