Not too many rules for this really but there are a few to just keep everything looking nice and easy to view:
To post a server on the FTB forums it needs to be running a pack distributed through the FTB. Launcher. If it is not a pack with a dedicated forum it goes under "other". If it is not a pack distributed through the FTB launcher it will be removed.
1. How to build up the post title.
Follow the naming convention: Server name|FTB Version|White/gray list or open|Anything else you want to mention
2. Content must contain:
The server IP
The FTB Pack the server is running (private or public pack)
Rules
Any info for whitelist applications
Any disabled items/mods
If your server is in "Beta" You must state this clearly, also what will happen with the map after Beta!
3. It should/could also contain:
A good description (Play style)
Pictures are always nice!
A good amount of effort
Difficulty level
Slots / hardware specs
4. How to get my posts denied.
Needless to say no offensive language or copyrighted material you can't prove you are the owner of. All new server threads will need to wait to be moderated to make sure you meet the rules so please be patient we will get to it as soon as we can.
Donation links in your posts are a No No.
Only post FTB Packs without added mods in the main topics.
5. What not to do.
Do not bump your posts. Posting multiple things within 5 - 10 minutes without any other person posting in between, will get you a warning.
Post in ONLY a foreign language, if you post in another language then be sure to put an English translation as well.
Posts in this area are moderated so they must follow points 1 and 2 after you post you will need to wait for one of our mods to get to it to approve it. Posts will be removed if they do not meet moderation so be sure to save a copy of your post before you submit it so you can make changes if it gets denied. If you don't know what was wrong with your post then message greedseed
