Problem SERVER TECHWORLD2 PLS HELP ME

i download the server pack of techworld2 but in the rar file
do not the file server to change the settings

Please try to describe more... Where did you download that file? Server packs are zip, not rars. Do you have screenshot of file contents etc...

these are all the files you just downloaded and tried but ftbserver if I click does not start nothing

It won't run on my windows box either, but I have java 8, because you are running a 1.6 modpack you will want to make sure you are running java 7, or add the java fixer mod from forge.
