Problem Server suddenly crashing on startup

I recently came back from a trip to find my server constantly crashing and restarting. it has worked in the past and no modifications to the server files have been made since it was working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Note:i have already installed the legacy java fixer if that's of any note.
It is a modified techworld 2 server is that is important
