Problem Server says Missing blocks/items

So i've spent a lot of days on my space astronomy server with my friends. Then one day i just opened up the server and it says there are 22 missing blocks. When i try to join the server it loads me in for 1 second than boots me out.
If there is anyone that can help me i would really appreciate it.

I still havent done anything with the server yet i dont want to type one of the commands and mess it up.

no all that happened was we had the server running one day, then the next day i tried to start it and it just gave me those missing blocks/items error.

How did you turn the server off?
You can also make an Back-up and confirm that you want to continou. This may mess up some parts of the world though.

the way i turned off the server was by typing stop in the console. i have tried to confirm it but when i do if i try to join it just kicks me out of the world.
