Server run failure

So i'm trying to run a Yogcraft pack server for me and a few friends but it won't even start. I downloaded it, extracted it to my ftb server folder but when i would click the ServerStart it would open a command prompt box and immediately close it. I edited it and added the pause and it just says ' java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Besides the PAUSE i didn't edit it at all it just has the default java -Xms512M -Xmx1G -jar ftbserver.jar

Try it with javaw instead of java

Do you have java installed? Seems not (or the java path is not set in your windows PATH)

Latest version of java is installed, i don't know about the sett PATH bit though.

just unstall the java you have and download an install the newest version. This should add it to the PATH manually. ATM the pc thinks you have no java installed cause it doesn't know where to look. Removing and reinstalling is the easiest if you don't know where to find the PATH.

You could always try googling "'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command". There are both videos, and text to explain how to fix this.
Or do as Nessiroj said, uninstall and install it again.
