Windows .exe Server Problems

After being on my own server once, I keep getting the same error. I use to be able to play fine. I've been through it twice on two different modpacks: FTB Ultimate, and Yogcraft. My Friend and I just want to play and record, but I the owner of the server keep getting errors whilst he can usually join.

Here's what the error says when I connect:

"Failed to Login: java.net.SocketException:Address family not supported by protocol family:connect."

Can somebody please help?
