Server plugins on ftb horizons

Maybe the wrong section for this but. I just started hosted a ftb horizons server and im not really sure how to get plugins on here. I used a craftbukkit .jar back on ultimate and it let me use plugins but it doesnt seem to work the same with this. any one know what to do

Craftbukkit.jar will not allow plugins on forge, shouldn't have on ultimate, only difference really is game version and mods.

Get mcpc and use that as your server.jar (it is spigot) then you can run plugins. Simple as that.
