Server Not working

Hi,

Im trying to run a FTB Server from my home PC so that my friends can connect, but it doesnt even allow me to connect, i have forwarded the port as i also have a minecraft server that works, im wondering what the problem is, it cant be my IPv4 address as i have checked it and its correct,

i was wondering if any one could help me ?

Are you keeping both the Minecraft and the FTB server up at the same time? Not that i'm an expert, but my noobness think that it might be the IP ... Like a VPN, running 2 servers ... it can't if they don't have different ports (in case it doesn't have multiple ip's)
