alot of our server have tried looking at logs and looking for any problems.. Nothing seems to work. So we could use some help.
It's looks like the server is just constantly startup up en shutting down immediatly

I have the feeling you are running hacked clients, so you will most likely not get any help here.

I'm no expert on servers, but have you tried this? It is in the log several times.
[WARNING] To change this, set "online-mode" to "true" in the server.properties file.

Edit:

I agree, if that is what it is then you will not get any more help from me.

Nobody on our server is using a cracked client, the online-mode has been set to true
We are really desperate and might need to do a map reset :(

How about a new log then? Maybe a console log from one of the clients trying to log onto the server.

I'm playing on the same as Deamv and we found out a corrupted chunk is causing the problem. We have literally no idea wich chunk it could be, so is there a way of fixing this problem?

Look at the server error log. If I recall correctly the log may have some xyz coordinates that will give you either a specific point or at least give you the chunk boundaries. That is if the server log changed from spewing out '**** SERVER IS RUNNING IN OFFLINE/INSECURE MODE!' and nothing else.
