server not loading correct RAM

Even though i have modified the BAT file it still running Java with only 256 MB of ram even though i have allocated 2 GB.

do i need to adjust it differently for server 2003 r2 X64

nope it's the same for all servers, did you change both values ?

It's also not going to use more RAM than it needs, unless you allocate a FFA amount of ram.
