Details of the issue:

I cannot get my Monster server to launch. It just gives me the error that i provided in the PasteBin. "C:\Users\Jack\Desktop\MonsterServer>pause
Press any key to continue . . ."

I am Running
Windows 10
16GB Ram
Java 7 Update 79 (64-Bit)​

Try putting this http://files.minecraftforge.net/LegacyJavaFixer/legacyjavafixer-1.0.jar into your mods folder, or tell the server to use Java 7, it is currently using Java 8.
