Problem server not appearing

I set up a server on my computer to use as a place for me and my friends to play. i have made many servers before, not even just in minecraft, so I usually know what im doing. I have made a FTB server before. The problem is that its all going good in the server panel, but I cant reach it through ftb. I have checked and double checked my ip and port, I have made firewall exceptions for it, and I have even tried running it on localhost ip, but still nothing. Here are is my system info:
