Server loads also able to join but when placing modded blocks the block disapears

Details of the issue:
Me and my friend are both able to join the server but when placing modded blocks or using any of the mod items it dissapears instantly how do we fix?​

Are you in a protected region? The Modpack version you listed is what version Minecraft is on, not what the modpack is on. And are you actually running a modded server or trying to use a vanilla server with a modded client? Logs of your clients and the server are very helpful too. :)
