Server launcher doesn't work!!

Errrm.....odd.....what's the name of your server.jar? Exactly please.My server launcher.bat opens up and immediately closes so my server doesn't work.
I am using Windows 7 and I am hosting the server on a computer just for 5 people. Please Help

Open your .bat file with a notepad, it should look like this:
java -jar FTB-Beta-A.jar
