Problem SERVER KEEPS CRASHING. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Me and my friends put so much work into this server that we are played on then when we were playing i saw a chunk not loaded, when i went near it it crashed the server. Now whenever I try to start up the server, the server crashes right after it loads up the world and I can't play on it. Please someone help me.

Not sure if you care anymore but just take the world out of the server and start a new one if it is running off of a home computer.
