Summary of the problem Server: Issue with wget

Pack Version 1.0.0

What is the bug? Unable to download the launchwrapper-1.12.jar on windows with the bundled wget.exe (version 1.8.2) if libraries.minecraft.net resolvs to 52.85.249.42

launchwrapper-1.12.jar - fails to download, file is 0Kb

Is it repeatable? Add entry to "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" so the computer resolves 52.85.249.42 to libraries.minecraft.net

Then run FTBInstall.bat or ServerStart.bat

Known Fix Add any other ip for libraries.minecraft.net in the hosts-file
I tried with 52.85.242.24

or use another version of wget.exe
I tried with version 1.18

or manually download the file
(might need to be unblocked - right click / properties, check Unblock and apply/OK)

Looks like the Launchwrapper is added to the packs now (checked DW20 1.10.2), but if the wget error happens the file gets replaced with a 0kb one.

Might want to remove/comment the download of that file from FTBInstall.bat
