Details of the issue I have downloaded all the require java programs to run minecraft and a server have made and created servers multiple times but this has never happened please help.

yup. Install and use 64-bit java 8. Java 9 is not supported by modded MC.

would you know anything about the error missing translation im getting that and i have no idea why and also java keeps saying its running out of memory i have 32gb of ram on computer what do?

Make sure you have 4-6 gigs dedicated to the server to start. I don’t know the optimal amount anymore so that may need to be increased, but it’s a good starting point.
