Problem Server is in Hardcore After using mystcraft

Hello

One of my Members has use a discryption Book and now is the Server on Hardcore is this normal and generate mystcraft a New nether?

I use ftb ultimate and mcpc+
The Server config is ok by Hardcore is false
 
Mystcraft worlds don't always follow server defaults for configs. Basically have to go onto that world and set the gamerule (or edit the level.dat for it)
