Server Ip Issues

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Details of the issue:
I have created a server and it launches just fine and I am able to play on it, but I am unable to find a compatible IP Address for my friend to play on the same server as well. Can I somehow open the server publicly? I have tried using various "FindmyIp" methods with no success. The Log Link is nonsense up there, just needed to fill in the spot. Please help. Thank You.​

ya man you need to do a portforward to TCP and UDP 25565, then give them your IP from ipchicken.com here are some links on how its done, http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Minecraft_Server/default.htm
So in that link just choose your modem or router and follow the guide :) I am gonna private message you with a youtube video to help ya to :)
