Their network is shitty sometimes, ill admit that. But they do have a website where you can view every single problem they have. They do their best to keep the network healthy, and when something is broken they throw up a notice so you can see how, when, where, and why. My servers have been attacked a few times (DDoS), and even though im using the free anti-ddos, i have 0 complaints. I got hit hard with 25gb/s and the only bad thing that happened was my ping went up by 15, then stabilized DURING the attack and went back to normal.
