Hello michiel! I am Sacred5010. I have a few server hosts in mind for you. First i'm going to start you with CreeperHost.

I am aware that you want to run your server on your PC. Maybe give me some specs. but I would say you need 2gigs of RAM or more to run a server at a good pace with all the mods working! But I would say it would be smart to pay for one of these hosts above. Since they are 24/7 and are dependable. But for an FTB server you may want a seperate computer running the server. Also if you can port forward you should be fine!
