Well due to the fact the current host I run my server on doesn't do Scheiße to fix his DDoS issue he had since I ordered and doesn't compensate the costumers for lost time. I am looking for a new hosting service.

All I am mostly looking for is:
- Not to high price.
- Not stingy on RAM! I mean doesn't do pricing according to RAM.
- Doesn't do pricing according to slots.

Also for FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 what hosting you'd suggest that gives out descent performances?

try MPServ.net. They custom built their console so everything is pretty much 1 touch install even for all the FTB mods. They also are partnered with engin and buycraft so you get free stuff from them for buying a server. Im not sure what discounts they are running but tell them d24man sent you and give them the code phrase "my sun and moon are lagging" and they will hook you up.
