Solved Server has stopped letting others connect

Spontaneously, my friends started became unable to join my server and I don't know why.
Firewall: exceptions inbound and outbound for 25565
Disabling antivirus: Friend still could not connect
Ports forwarded: 25565, selected for the correct computer
Server properties: port 25565

I can connect to my own server with external ip but my friend cannot. My normal minecraft server has stopped letting others connect as well. I am running 152wgt. I also have firewall exceptions for java.exe and javaw.exe.
 
Are you sure you are portwarding to the correct IP? Your computer's internal IP could of changed.

Now about you being able to connect with your external IP might suggest your ISP has block that port at the node.
 
My internal ip address is correct. I use comcast and they are not blocking port 25565. To check, I tried setting the port to 25567 and forwarding that post as well but my friend could not connect.
 
Check to be sure your external ip did not change.

If it didn't, please post both your friends log file and your server log file from an attempted connection to pastebin and link them here.
 
My friend gets "server can't be reached", so I don't think there is a log file; my server doesn't even say that there is someone attempting to connect.
 
Have your friend go through the basic troubleshooting steps in the first link of my signature.
 
The thing is, it happens with all of my friends and on my normal minecraft server as well, so I think it would be a bit unreasonable for all of them to do that, as the problem is most likely on my side.
