Problem Server got lag cuz chuncks are lagging

Hello,

I got a server in 1.7.10, Infinity Evolved and i got a problem with some chunks.
I have some chuncks who when i'm in, i'm lagging a lot and it makes that my server is lagging too.
I found a first solution, delete these chuncks with mcedit. But here, the chuncks are in my base and i wont delete my base.
Does anyone know an other solution ??
