So i have tried my all to fix this myself, but i have to have some help with this one.

So I made a FTB server so me and my friends can do LPs. It seems like everything is good, my IP is good, my command window doesn't show any errors, so its just as its supposed to be. But, when ever I use my public IP to log onto the server, It says 'Can't reach server'. I knew it was something wrong with my port forwarding, but I checked that and everything was right, I haven't changed it from the time my server was working. I checked Windows Firewall. Nah, nothing wrong their. I'm stumped on how this isn't working. Feedback would be appreciated. :]

It can be all sort of things, port changed? ip changed? internal ip changed?
I cant really help more then give pointers, it's one of those "hands on" errors... ;)

Are you able to access it through another computer on the same network through the local ip?
Did you put the local ip somewhere in the port forwarding options place (the textbox's label varies)?
When you say when the server was working, does that mean your friends could connect to it before? Your external ip may have changed or the local ip of the hosting computer may have changed.
Could you provide a picture of the router control panel where you setup the port forwarding?

I have this exact same problem, my regular minecraft works, tekkit works, hack slash mine works, but not FTB. My ports are forwarded and I have been running servers for almost a year. Can't see why this one wouldn't work.

I actually fixed it, I just used Tunngle because for whatever reason FTB thought my ports were closed.
