Server Files Startup error

Title Server Files Startup error

Details of the issue I have tried over and over to try and setup this server for myself and friends but I will receive the same error on multiple computers. The command prompt states:

Starting Server
Invalid initial heap size: -Xms
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A Fatal exception has occurred. The program will exit.
Exiting...
Press any key to continue . . .

I have no clue on why this is happening.
I've also looked up each error and tried it on separate occasions but have had no luck doing so.
Reinstalling the server has done nothing.

I am reproducing this on the 1.8.0 server on two different windows machines, one being a fresh install of windows and all necessary java installs.
