Server Error, need help

Hey,
I was playing on a server my friends started and I had to re downloaded Direwolf20 and when I did and tried to join the server I kept getting a message saying ID mismatches and was not able to connect to the server. I have attached a screen shot of what I get. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
