Problem Server Download

I'm trying to download the Universal Electricity server, and every time I click on the download button for it it just brings me to the CreeperRepo site, I don't know if this means that I can't make a server without buying a server from them or if I'm doing something wrong or if something in the link is messed up, but this is really annoying, I just want to host a fun server for me and a couple of my friends....please I need all the help I can get :/

There should be a link on the site that the launcher brings up for the file. Usually it's automatically done if you wait. Look carefully. CreeperRepo is the file host for Feed the Best.
