I am getting some weird bug where it disconnects all players regularely, but the server doesn't really turn off. Its is just offline for a few seconds, then we can join again. I am not hosting it myself, it has 1GB of ram. Could it be a RAM issue? I am using the Mindcrack pack. Here is what happens in the console, note that the "server is overloaded" messages do not come every time, and there were no players on when tese messages came:
