Server crashing

It crashed a few times today, can someone tell me why? Usually I can see the issue, this one is eluding me.

From what I can see it's a ticking tile entity at this location (103, 72, 111) Removing the block will stop the crashing, you should be able to do it a t a distance with world edit, or by possibly using a tool such as MCEdit. If you have no luck with this you could always remove this region, but you will lose everything inside of it. It would be r.0.0.mca in your world/region folder.
