Server crashing

So uh

I host my own server and it was working just fine yesterday and since the day I downloaded it, and today it just started crashing after being on for a few minutes.

I've done the following to try and fix it:
Re-downloaded and re-installed FTB
Restarted my computer
Played with some settings
Asked it nicely.

Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind, I think I fixed the problem.

I made a fetus room and it may have caused lag issues or something similar and caused the server to crash.
Got rid of the fetus room and made it into a brewery.
All is good again.
