Server crashing, Thread-17

Lately our server, a direwolf20 1.6.4 server, is crashing on start up after loading the ore "crystallineDark Iron" and it says;
2014-01-23 00:49:28 [SEVERE] Exception in thread "Server thread"
2014-01-23 00:49:32 [SEVERE] Exception in thread "Listen thread"
it doesn't reference any crash logs or anything, just those to errors then it restarts and does it again.

we need the server.log file. you'll find it in the same folder as the FTB.jar file

Ok, here is the server.log, i had to put it into a zip file to upload it.

that log is clean. apart from the fact it abruptly ends after a player performs /home, nothing looks out of place
