Server Crashing on start

Details of the issue Every time i launch the server, it crashes after a few moments before completely launching.

Also, the server is loading fine. That looks to be an issue loading the world just after the server startup. You may want to try and use mcedit to delete the block at (1714,83,1016). Make sure you make a backup of your world first. You can also verify that this a world issue by renaming the world folder and starting the server to see if it creates a new world.
