Server crashes

When i start my server and i log onto the server it automatically crashes the server and i can not do anything about it i was wondering if anyone had some advice and it says that there is a problem with the generic pipes and i think it might be as it cant remember that last chunk loaded or something as anyone got any advice here is the error: Ticking tile entity
